Privacy Policy

All of Here is the public-facing name of a local information service for Northern Kentucky. The service is operated by All of Here LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, with a mailing address of 8837 Sentry Drive, Florence, KY 41042.

General questions may be directed to hello@allofhere.com. Privacy, account, access, correction, deletion, and legal requests may be directed to privacy@allofhere.com.

• Account and authentication information: email address, account identifier, authentication status, and basic profile information supplied by the user. The authentication provider processes the credentials needed to create and secure the account.
• Authenticated RSVP information: information associated with an authenticated RSVP, including display name, RSVP status, and guest count where supplied.
• Newsletter information: an email address submitted to request occasional updates. No delivery schedule is promised.
• Business-listing information: information submitted through authenticated business-listing creation, owner updates, and business inquiries.
• Limited first-party technical and analytics information:information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, debug, and understand aggregate use of the service, using anonymous or pseudonymous visit identifiers where applicable.

The current public event-submission and contact-form previews are disabled. Information entered into those previews cannot be sent or saved.

Organizer notifications may include an attendee's display name, RSVP status, and guest count. Organizers are not given attendee email addresses, and no daily RSVP digest is promised.

A newsletter signup may record an email address for occasional requested updates, without a promised schedule. Outbound newsletter email must not be activated until sender identity, delivery, and unsubscribe behavior are configured and tested.

Necessary cookies or browser storage may be used to operate and secure the service. First-party aggregate analytics may use anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers. No fixed analytics-retention period is promised in this draft. The exact deployed cookie, local-storage, session-storage, and analytics inventory must be confirmed before publication.

Providers in the categories of hosting, authentication, database and storage, email delivery, and first-party analytics infrastructure may process information as needed to operate the service. This draft makes no unverified promise about provider contract terms, marketing restrictions, processing locations, or subprocessors.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and verified user requests. No fixed retention periods are stated until operational rules for each information category are approved.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting privacy@allofhere.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Deletion may be limited by applicable law, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

All of Here is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. A person must be at least 13 to create an account. Questions about information that may have been provided by a child under 13 should be directed to privacy@allofhere.com for review.

At public launch, the effective date and last updated date will both be the launch date. For later material revisions, the original effective date stays and only the last updated date changes. How we give notice of changes will be settled with a lawyer first.
