Privacy Policy

All of Here is the public-facing name of a local information service for Northern Kentucky. The service is operated by All of Here LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, with a mailing address of 8837 Sentry Drive, Florence, KY 41042.

General questions may be directed to hello@allofhere.com. Privacy, account, access, correction, deletion, and legal requests may be directed to privacy@allofhere.com.

• Account and authentication information: email address, account identifier, authentication status, and basic profile information supplied by the user. The authentication provider processes the credentials needed to create and secure the account.
• Authenticated RSVP information: information associated with an authenticated RSVP, including display name, RSVP status, and guest count where supplied.
• Business, maker, and profile information: information submitted through authenticated business-listing creation, existing-listing access requests, owner updates, maker applications, and performer or local voice profiles submitted through their respective workflows.
• Community event submissions: event details, organizer contact information, authorization confirmation, and optional context connecting the event to a local business, venue, maker, performer, or local voice.
• Shop orders and payment-related information: when product checkout is enabled for a seller, the service may process buyer name and email, cart items, fulfillment choice, shipping address when shipping is selected, order totals, payment status, refund status, and Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile the order. Card numbers and other full payment credentials are collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by All of Here.
• Private feedback: feedback responses and, when voluntarily supplied, an email address for follow-up plus basic device, browser, or page context the visitor chooses to provide.
• Limited first-party technical and analytics information:information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, debug, and understand aggregate use of the service. Non-essential analytics are collected only after a visitor accepts analytics and use anonymous or pseudonymous visit identifiers where applicable.

The public event-submission workflow saves submitted details to an editorial review queue. The Contact page itself does not store a message; it directs visitors to the appropriate email or submission path.

• To create and secure accounts and authenticated sessions.
• To store and manage authenticated RSVPs.
• To create and manage business listings, review existing-listing access requests, process owner updates and maker applications, and manage performer or local voice profiles.
• To review community event submissions and private product feedback.
• To create, process, reconcile, fulfill, cancel, and refund enabled shop orders and to show the seller the order information needed to complete fulfillment.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand aggregate use of the service.
• To respond to verified privacy, account, correction, access, deletion, and legal requests.

Organizer notifications may include an attendee's display name, RSVP status, and guest count. Organizers are not given attendee email addresses, and no daily RSVP digest is promised.

The public site collects an email address when a visitor chooses “Keep me posted.” The address is stored with signup source and status fields for the All of Here update list. No fixed delivery cadence is promised. Email delivery must use configured sender identity and unsubscribe handling before messages are sent.

Necessary cookies or browser storage may be used to operate and secure the service. The site also offers a separate choice for non-essential first-party analytics. Analytics are not sent until a visitor accepts that choice. When accepted, the service may record a pseudonymous visit identifier, page path, device category, referring host, and governed interaction data such as searches, filters, shares, and outbound clicks. Search text, email addresses, names, and full destination URLs are not included in the analytics event contract. No fixed analytics-retention period is promised.

Providers in the categories of hosting, authentication, database and storage, email delivery, payment processing and connected-account services, tax calculation, and first-party analytics infrastructure may process information as needed to operate the service. This policy makes no unverified promise about provider contract terms, marketing restrictions, processing locations, or subprocessors.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and verified user requests. No fixed retention periods are stated until operational rules for each information category are approved.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting privacy@allofhere.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Deletion may be limited by applicable law, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

All of Here is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. A person must be at least 13 to create an account. Questions about information that may have been provided by a child under 13 should be directed to privacy@allofhere.com for review.

The effective date reflects the initial public launch. For later material revisions, the original effective date stays and only the last updated date changes.
