Terms of Service

These are draft terms for All of Here, the public-facing name of a local information service for Northern Kentucky. They are not binding yet.

The service is operated by All of Here LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, with a mailing address of 8837 Sentry Drive, Florence, KY 41042. Acceptance language, governing law, venue, dispute handling, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification will be completed with a lawyer before public launch.

Some service features require an account. Account holders are responsible for protecting their access credentials and must be at least 13 years old. A person creating or managing a business listing must have authority to act for that business.

The supported terminology is “create and manage a business listing.” The launch candidate does not represent that it transfers ownership of an existing listing. Any future ownership-verification or access-transfer workflow will require separate terms and verified authorization controls.

You keep ownership of what you submit. When you submit something for public display, you give All of Here a narrow, nonexclusive license to host, format, edit for clarity, display, and promote it through our own channels for as long as we need it to run and present the service.

Private inquiries, account information, RSVP information, and other nonpublic messages are not covered by that promotional license. The final wording on license scope, duration, and removal will be settled with a lawyer.

You keep ownership of your submissions. All of Here owns or licenses its own branding, design, software, and editorial content. Rights in third-party content stay with their owners. Final ownership wording will be settled with a lawyer.

Users may not use the service to:

• submit unlawful or materially misleading content;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
• harass others or distribute spam or unsolicited messages; or
• perform abusive unauthorized scraping or automated extraction.

No separate model-training restriction is included in this draft.

No paid plans, subscriptions, sponsored placements, or paid fulfillment are currently offered on this site. Paid services may be introduced later only under separately disclosed and approved terms, pricing, billing, and fulfillment conditions.

The service may describe or link to third-party businesses, events, venues, products, and services. Currentness labels are intended to show when information was last confirmed. Time-sensitive details can still change after confirmation, so users should consider the displayed verification state and confirm important details directly when appropriate.

Information practices are described in the Privacy Policy draft. Private inquiries, account information, RSVP information, and other nonpublic communications are not licensed for promotional use. Privacy, account, and legal requests should use privacy@allofhere.com.

Some sections are deliberately unwritten until a lawyer completes them: how you accept these terms, governing law, where disputes are handled, warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnification.

As written, this draft sets no dollar cap on liability, requires no arbitration, and waives no right to join a class action. Any indemnity we add will stay narrow, covering unlawful submissions, infringement of someone else's rights, and intentional misuse.

At public launch, the effective date and last updated date will both be the launch date. For later material revisions, the original effective date stays and only the last updated date changes. How we give notice of changes will be settled with a lawyer first.
