Terms of Service

These Terms apply to All of Here, the public-facing name of a local information service for Northern Kentucky.

The service is operated by All of Here LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, with a mailing address of 8837 Sentry Drive, Florence, KY 41042.

Some service features require an account. Account holders are responsible for protecting their access credentials and must be at least 13 years old. A person creating or managing a business listing must have authority to act for that business.

The supported terminology is “create and manage a business listing.” If a business already has a page, an authenticated user may request access to manage that existing listing. Requests are reviewed before access is granted, and All of Here may approve, reject, or request additional information about the requester's authority to act for the business.

Approval connects the existing listing to the approved account for the management actions supported by the service. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying business, its name or trademarks, its domain, or any third-party account.

You keep ownership of what you submit. When you submit something for public display, you give All of Here a narrow, nonexclusive license to host, format, edit for clarity, display, and promote it through our own channels for as long as we need it to run and present the service.

Private inquiries, account information, RSVP information, and other nonpublic messages are not covered by that promotional license.

You keep ownership of your submissions. All of Here owns or licenses its own branding, design, software, and editorial content. Rights in third-party content stay with their owners.

Users may not use the service to:

• submit unlawful or materially misleading content;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
• harass others or distribute spam or unsolicited messages; or
• perform abusive unauthorized scraping or automated extraction.

No separate model-training restriction is included in these Terms.

All of Here offers paid presence plans. Stripe Checkout is used only for plans currently enabled for online payment. Maker discovery does not require a paid Maker plan; shops choosing paid business features use enabled Business plans. Local Voice paid checkout is not open yet. Payment buys tools, presentation, and optional labeled promotion. Payment does not confirm information, change Currentness, or buy inclusion in a Guide or Story. Product checkout appears only for shops whose payment account and the server-side marketplace commerce runtime are enabled; otherwise ordering stays directly with the seller.

When product checkout is enabled, the seller named on the product and checkout pages sells and fulfills the item. All of Here provides the marketplace and checkout software; Stripe processes the payment on the seller's connected account.

All of Here does not set a single platform-wide return or exchange window. Seller-specific cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms may vary. If those terms are not displayed, contact the seller before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. When a refund is approved and initiated through the service, it is submitted through Stripe to the original payment method; timing after submission depends on Stripe, the payment network, and the buyer's financial institution.

The service may describe or link to third-party businesses, events, venues, products, and services. Currentness labels are intended to show when information was last confirmed. Time-sensitive details can still change after confirmation, so users should consider the displayed verification state and confirm important details directly when appropriate.

Information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Private inquiries, account information, RSVP information, and other nonpublic communications are not licensed for promotional use. Privacy, account, and legal requests should use privacy@allofhere.com.

These Terms do not currently specify governing law, where disputes are handled, warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, or indemnification.

As written, these Terms set no dollar cap on liability, require no arbitration, and waive no right to join a class action.

The effective date reflects the initial public launch. For later material revisions, the original effective date stays and only the last updated date changes.
